Refund policy

Every CRWND piece is made with purpose — produced in limited quantities to uphold quality, meaning, and mission. Because of this, we do not offer cash refunds. All eligible refunds are issued as store credit. 

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery. 
  • You provide clear photo documentation and order number

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on item availability and your preference.

 

RETURNS (NON-DAMAGED ITEMS)

We accept returns on eligible items if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • It is returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • It is not a final sale or pre-order item

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Pre-orders
  • Final sale items
  • Items returned in worn or damaged condition

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund or return, email us at clothing.crwnd@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Reason for request
  • Photos (if damaged/defective)

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to review your request and respond.
