SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
2. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. We offer returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

WARRANTY

1. All products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects.

SHIPPING POLICY

At CRWND, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Our shipping methods are designed to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our shipping costs are transparent, and we strive to provide the best value for our customers.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We offer the following shipping methods:

1 shirt: $6.50
2 shirts: $8.00
3 or more shirts: $10.50

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, the weight of your order, and the chosen shipping method.

International shipping is available. Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes. Shipping rates are based on location and weight, and may vary.

CRWND reserves the right to alter and/or change shipping rates and carriers without notice to customers.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship within the United States of America. Estimated delivery times for domestic shipments are:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on destination and order weight. Standard international shipping to Europe typically takes 5-21 business days. Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and local carrier delays.

Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in our shipping rates. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days at info@crwndclothing.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation and may offer a replacement or refund.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards
Sale Items
Certain accessories (such as stickers, magnets, etc.)

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at info@crwndclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above. Once the original item is returned, we will ship the exchange item to you at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for returns due to a defective or incorrect item.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@crwndclothing.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT POLICY

We love seeing how you wear CRWND.

By tagging @crwndclothing or using CRWND-related hashtags, you grant CRWND permission to repost, share, or feature your content on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
We will always credit you as the creator when possible.
