Shipping policy

At CRWND, every order is handled with care and intentionality. Because many of our items are made-to-order, shipping timelines and availability may vary depending on the product.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

• Pre-orders typically take 2–3 weeks to produce and ship.
• In-stock items (including select Vault pieces) ship within 3–5 business days.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

• 1 shirt: $6.50
• 2 shirts: $8.00
• 3 or more shirts: $10.50
• FREE shipping on orders over $80

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location, and may vary. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we ship internationally to most of Europe. Shipping locations are subject to change. 

• FREE shipping on orders over $150
• Customer pays import duties and taxes
• Standard shipping and express shipping are available. Orders ship within 3-12 days, depending on option chosen. *Prices may vary and depend on weight and location. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.

 

DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors (weather, holidays, etc.).

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue persists, email us within 7 days at info@crwndclothing.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
