• Discount codes must be entered at checkout - we cannot retroactively apply them to completed orders.
• Unless otherwise noted, discount codes cannot be combined or stacked.
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Sale items are considered final sale unless otherwise specified. 
• CRWND reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Store Credit Policy

At CRWND, we want to make sure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. When a refund isn't the best option, or we're feeling generous, store credit provides an easy way to keep shopping with us. 

• Store credit will be issued in you customer profile as a digital balance, redeemable only at crwndclothing.com. The credit will only be available to the email associated with the customer. 
• Store credit does not expire and carried no service fees.
• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
• If an order purchased with store credit is returned, the refund will be re-issued as store credit. 
• Store credit must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied to completed orders. 

Gift Card Policy

CRWND gift cards make it easy to share purpose-driven apparel with those you love. 

• Gift cards are delivered digitally via email with a unique redemption code.
• Gift cards do not expire and carry no service fees.
• They may be used for any CRWND product available online.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. 
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaces, so please store them safely.

Size and Fit Policy

We want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. 

• CRWND pieces all fit slightly different. Individual fit styles are noted in individual product descriptions. Please refer to those as you make a purchase. 
• If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. 
• Exchanges are available if the fit isn't quite right (see Exchange Policy for details).
