What's the difference between the Daily Tee and the Active Tee?

The Daily Tee is our 100% cotton staple — soft, durable, and built for everyday wear. It’s the go-to piece for a relaxed, classic fit that gets better with time.

The Active Tee is our 60/40 blend (cotton/poly), designed for a lighter feel and added stretch. It moves with you, making it perfect for busy days, workouts, or warmer weather.

Both are crafted with intentionality and purpose — it just depends on how you wear your calling.

When will my order ship?

We are currently operating on a pre-order model, meaning each piece is made-to-order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production and fulfillment after your order is placed. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. 

How does pre-order work?

Pre-order means your item is made after you order it - not pulled from a warehouse. This allows us to create purposefully, minimize excess, and stay true to our mission. Pre-orders typically close within a few days of launch or when items sell out. 

Some pieces may remain available after the drop if we choose to keep them open for extended access - especially select Vault items. 

Will you restock sold out items?

In most cases, we do not restock. Our pieces are released in limited runs, and once they're gone, they're gone. Occasionally, we may reintroduce select items based on demand - sign up for restock alerts and our newsletter to stay in the loop. 

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide - make sure to check it before ordering. Most of our pieces are true to size, but if a style runs oversized or fitted, we'll call that out in the description.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because of our limited production runs, orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed. Please double-check your shipping address and size before checking out. 

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time due to limited nature of our drops. If your item meets our return criteria, you may request a return and place a new order if the item is still in stock. 

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within seven (7) days of delivery at crwnd.clothing@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right - whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund. 

Do you ship internationally?

We are working hard to make our products available to the world. If you are outside of the United States, please contact us at clothing.crwnd@gmail.com and we will work with you to ship our products.

Shipping rates and fees may vary. Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - free shipping on U.S. orders over $80. For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. 

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping within the U.S. is $6.50 for 1 shirt, $8.00 for 2 shirts, and $9.50 for 3 or more shirts. We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. Shipping rates may vary.

Discounts & Promotions Policy

At CRWND, we love giving back to our community through special promotions and discount codes. To keep things clear:

• Discount codes must be entered at checkout - we cannot retroactively apply them to completed orders.
• Unless otherwise noted, discount codes cannot be combined or stacked.
• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Sale items are considered final sale unless otherwise specified. 
• CRWND reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Store Credit Policy

At CRWND, we want to make sure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. When a refund isn't the best option, or we're feeling generous, store credit provides an easy way to keep shopping with us. 

• Store credit will be issued in you customer profile as a digital balance, redeemable only at crwndclothing.com. The credit will only be available to the email associated with the customer. 
• Store credit does not expire and carried no service fees.
• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
• If an order purchased with store credit is returned, the refund will be re-issued as store credit. 
• Store credit must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied to completed orders. 

Gift Card Policy

CRWND gift cards make it easy to share purpose-driven apparel with those you love. 

• Gift cards are delivered digitally via email with a unique redemption code.
• Gift cards do not expire and carry no service fees.
• They may be used for any CRWND product available online.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. 
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaces, so please store them safely.

• CRWND pieces all fit slightly different. Individual fit styles are noted in individual product descriptions. Please refer to those as you make a purchase. 
• If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. 
• Exchanges are available if the fit isn't quite right (see Exchange Policy for details).
