ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

3. We accept payments via Credit/Debit cards, Paypal, etc. Payment must be received before the products are shipped.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
2. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping fees, delivery options, and estimated delivery dates will be provided during checkout.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. We offer returns and exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
WARRANTY
1. All products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects.
2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
1. All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of CRWND and is protected by intellectual property laws.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Pre-orders may have a longer lead time, which will be clearly communicated on the product page. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days at clothing.crwnd@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the situation and may offer a replacement or refund.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above. Once the original item is returned, we will ship the exchange item to you at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
REFUNDS
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges due to the limited nature of our releases and inventory. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item (if eligible).

FINAL SALE & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
All pre-order and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. These are made-to-order and produced in limited quantities to reduce waste and ensure intentionality in our drops.
